Minimum Opening Order and Quantity
Our minimum opening order is $250.00 and our minimum reorder is $100.00. All of our products are sold in minimums of six (6).

Payment
Order payment is required prior to shipping, either through check or credit card.

Shipping
Paid orders are promptly shipped (within 3-5 days). Most domestic orders are shipped via Priority Tracked USPS or FEDEX, and international orders are usually shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please let us know if you'd like to request special shipping or if you'd like us to use your UPS or FEDEX shipping account number. We offer rush services for an additional fee.

Packaging
Wholesale packages are shipped in as few boxes as possible depending on the shape and size of ordered goods and quantities. Greeting card box sets are enclosed in a scratch resistant plastic box. Single cards are enclosed in a cello sleeve. Boxed greeting cards are only sold in sets. Maps are packaged in a sealed cello sleeve with a recycled fiberboard backing.

Refunds
Refunds within one week of receipt of merchandise on damaged goods only. Refunds returned via original form of payment.

Exclusivity
El’s Cards does not guarantee exclusivity within an area. If you are concerned as to whether we have another store in your town, please ask.

Ordering
New shops must first request a wholesale account. Please fill in the below Wholesale Order Request Form to apply. Once approved, wholesale orders may be placed on our wholesale website. *We will provide the link and password to our wholesale website upon approval.
