Two easy steps to order:
STEP ONE
Please answer all questions below as thoroughly as possible.
Note** Ellen will do her best to include all words provided...sometimes if there is a spacing issue, she may need to add extra words (love, smile, sunny days, etc.)...or if there are too many words provided she may have to leave some out. Please asterisk the things that MUST be on your piece...it is impossible to know otherwise!

For orders for Simply You option #1/2.....
only submit 8-10 words please.

For orders for the new options 5 and 6
please submit between 50-70 words.

STEP TWO
After you submit this form, you will be directed to pay through PAYPAL. If you choose to pay by check, simply ignore this step. Please allow at least three full weeks for turnaround time...and more time at the holidays. El will contact you when she receives order as to when you should expect your special piece.
Rush jobs are available for an extra charge.

Pieces will not be started until payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding.

All pieces come framed so select your frame colors
when submitting order.
Due to increased prices of frames and mats,

Option 1	5x7 frame $42
Option 2	8x10 frame with mat $48 (artwork is 5x7)
Option 3	8x10 frame with hand painted floral mat $60
Option 4	8x10 frame with "Simply You" painted on the mat and your photo in the middle $80
Option 5	8x10 artwork in frame (50-70 words included) $100 (the XL option)
Option 6	11x14 matted (50-70 words) $125 (also XL)
