Two easy steps to order:

STEP ONE
Please answer all questions below as thoroughly as possible.
Note** Ellen will do her best to include all words provided...sometimes if there is a spacing issue, she may need to add extra words (love, smile, sunny days, etc.)...or if there are too many words provided she may have to leave some out. Please asterisk the things that MUST be on your piece...it is impossible to know otherwise!

STEP TWO
After you submit this form, you will be directed to pay through PAYPAL. If you choose to pay by check, simply ignore this step. Please allow at least two full weeks for turnaround time...and more time at the holidays. El will contact you when she receives order as to when you should expect your special piece. Rush jobs are available for an extra charge.
Pieces will not be started until payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding.

All pieces come framed so select your frame colors when submitting order. The frames shown on the right are beech and we do have a few of these frames left...
